Has Imran Khan been transferred from Adiala Jail?

According to sources at Adiala Jail, there is no truth to the rumors regarding Imran Khan’s transfer. They confirmed that Imran Khan, the founder of PTI, is still in Adiala Jail, and his health is reported to be perfectly fine.

Sources further clarified that Imran Khan remains in his cell, which is considered part of the New Town Police Station. He is in police custody under physical remand until December 2. These sources also confirmed that Imran Khan was arrested in connection with the protest on September 28.

Jail officials stated that the medical team conducts daily health checkups for Imran Khan. His blood pressure and sugar levels are normal, and he exercises twice a day. As per jail regulations, Imran Khan has access to all facilities, and special care is taken regarding his health and meals. A security team is assigned to ensure his safety at all times.

The rumors regarding his transfer seem to have originated from speculation on social media, particularly after a post by PTI leader Qasim Khan Suri on X. Suri claimed that Imran Khan’s mental health had been negatively affected by a spray in his cell, sparking further concern. However, jail sources have dismissed these claims, reiterating that there is no truth to the transfer rumors.
