Palestinian Resistance group Hamas has accused Israel of violating the ceasefire agreement by delaying the entry of aid trucks and stopped release of Israeli prisoners in the second phase.
According to a report by the British news agency Reuters, Hamas stated that if Israel does not act on the conditions regarding the release of Palestinian prisoners, the release of the prisoners will be further delayed.
In a statement, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades mentioned that the provision of aid and the release of prisoners are issues based on the criteria for selection in the northern strip of Gaza.
An Israeli official has confirmed to AFP that the prisoners were not allowed into Gaza under the Red Cross.

Sources further said that these prisoners have been handed over to the Red Cross which handed them over to the Egyptian authorities through the Rafah border.
Among the hostages released by Hamas are 13 citizens of Israel and 12 citizens of Thailand. On the other hand, Israel released 11 Palestinian hostages. After the cease-fire, aid trucks started arriving in Gaza from all over the world.
