ISLAMABAD: The government has decided to introduce important laws in the budget of the next financial year through the finance bill.
According to sources, legislation has been decided to punish the hoarding of dollars and other currencies, under which there will be legislation to punish the hoarding of foreign currency with imprisonment and fines.
The new law will apply to foreign currency-hoarding institutions and individuals. Sources said that laws are also being introduced to increase the limit of bringing foreign currency into the country, according to which those coming from abroad will be able to bring up to one hundred thousand dollars in a year, those who bring one hundred thousand dollars into the country. The source of income will not be asked.
