Following a decline in the previous session, gold prices rebounded sharply in Pakistan on Tuesday.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold increased by Rs2,100 per tola, reaching Rs349,200 in the local market. Similarly, the rate for 10 grams of gold rose by Rs1,800, bringing it to Rs299,382.
This surge comes a day after gold prices had dropped by Rs1,600 per tola, settling at Rs347,100.
In the international market, gold prices climbed by $21 to reach $3,310 per ounce, including a $20 premium.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained unchanged at Rs3,497 per tola.
