Gold prices jumped Rs3600 per tola in Pakistan on Tuesday, aligning with an uptick in international rates.
In the local market, the price of gold per tola rose by Rs3600, reaching Rs273,500.
Similarly, the price of 10-gram gold increased by Rs3086, settling at Rs234,482, according to figures released by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Monday, gold price per tola decreased by Rs2500 to settle at Rs269,900.
The international gold rate also rose on Tuesday. APGJSA reported the price at $2,643 per ounce and was up by $36 during the day.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained steady at Rs3,250 per tola.
