Gmail now offers an option to retrieve a sent email within 30 seconds.
The undo tool in Gmail is one of its most useful and underutilized functions. If you want to use this feature, you have 30 seconds to edit or cancel an email that has already been sent. By following these steps, you may recall an email sent through Gmail, saving yourself the embarrassment of unintentionally sending it to the wrong person.

If you decide you don’t want to send an email, you have a short time to cancel it. Right after you send a message, you can retract it: In the bottom left, you’ll see “Message sent” and the option to “Undo” or “View message”.
You can also choose the time to span to recall the email, however the cancellation period is between 5 and 30 seconds.
