MIRPUR KHAS: A teenage girl was found dead under mysterious circumstances in a neighbor’s house in Satellite Town of Mirpurkhas on Tuesday.
According to sources, a 16-year-old girl, Nadia Bhurgri, daughter of Mehboob Bhurgri, was found dead in the neighbor’s house in Satellite Town of Mirpuarkhas.
However, the deceased girl’s family refused legal investigation by declaring the matter was suicide.
The father of the deceased said that they wanted to return the village from Mirpurkhas city due to unemployment but his daughter refused to return village and committed suicide by hanging herself in a neighbor’s house.
Sources informed the girl was a 10th class student and desired to be a doctor, adding that the issue got the attention of police when news circulated about the deceased’s family denied to medico-legal formalities.
Citing the incident, police said that the girl had apparently committed suicide by hanging hirself from a ceiling fan over reasons that were yet to be ascertained. They said that further investigations are underway.
