ISLAMABAD: After General (retd) Aslam Baig, Lieutenant General (retd) Haroon Aslam, and Major General (retd) Ijaz Awan have denied the statements attributed to them.
General (retd) Haroon Aslam and Major General (retd) Ejaz Awan rejected the statements attributed to them as a conspiracy of the enemy.
Lieutenant General (retd) Haroon Aslam said that he has served in Pakistan Army for 40 years and the audio attributed to him is fake.
He said that fake audio is being deliberately spread by putting different pictures. In the audio, neither my voice nor such irresponsible conversation.
He said that it is a great shame if anyone has made this move from inside Pakistan, it is a shame that they try to defame the retired officer.
On the other hand, Major General (retd) Ejaz Awan has said that fake audio attributed to his is circulating. “My organization has given me honor, dignity and recognition. It is not my honor to try to slander my organization,” he said.
