It is noteworthy that earlier this month, a passenger bus traveling from Khuzdar, Balochistan, to Rawalpindi, Punjab, was targeted in a bomb attack by unknown terrorists, resulting in one death and several injuries.
Reports indicate the explosion occurred on the M-8 highway. Khuzdar Assistant Commissioner Hafiz Kakar confirmed the bombing incident. Levies officials stated that the explosive device was planted in another vehicle.
Security sources reported that one person lost their life, and five others were injured. The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
