NAIROBI: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi will be arriving in the federal capital today after a three-day official visit to Kenya where he attended the “Engage Africa” conference.
During the official tour, Shah Mehmood Qureshi met his Kenyan counterpart, the President, Minister for Communications, Minister for Trade and a host of senior officials.
The Foreign Minister also met with the Director-General of the United Nations, and the Executive Director of the UN Climate Change Program.
He held a bilateral meeting with Kenya’s Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Peter Munya during the Engage Africa conference.
Qureshi arrived in Kenya on a two-day visit to attend the Engage Africa conference The aim of the conference was to bring the two sides together for a meaningful exchange in order to enhance trade and economic relations between Pakistan and the African Continent.
