Islamabad: In a groundbreaking operation, Pakistan’s Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has seized $3 million from the account of Baloch activist Mehrang Baloch, allegedly linked to the illegal sale of sensitive information from Pakistan.
Sources reveal that the CIA reportedly paid $10 million to Mehrang for orchestrating blasts in Pakistan.
The FIA has obtained records of Mehrang’s secret meetings and photos of her clandestine encounter with a British MI6 team at a local hotel.
Investigations are ongoing.Baloch rights activists Mahrang Baloch and Sammi Deen Baloch were stopped at Karachi Airport to leave the country.
They were reportedly going to New York for the TIME Magazine gala, where they were invited alongside other leaders named the publication’s Most Influential Emerging Leaders of the Year.
In a post on X, Mahrang Baloch alleged that they were detained at the airport “without any legal justification” and described it as violating the fundamental right to freedom of movement.
