New category in Citizens Portal
On Wednesday, a separate category was been added to the ‘Pakistan Citizens Portal’ application after a formal request of the FBR.
With the new feature in ‘Citizen’s portal’, people will be able to register their complaints directly to the concerned authorities, easily and more conveniently.
Zaidi had given a special briefing to Prime Minister Imran Khan on the subject and tendered the request for the feature in the application after which the directives were issues. An official notification was also issued by the prime minister’s office.
