DUBAI: Farah Khan, a close friend of the first lady, has denied the allegations against her and said that she and her family should not be tarnished for what they have heard.
In one of her messages, Farah Khan – who is also known as Farah Shahzadi said that she has nothing to do with politics and has never interfered in government affairs.
Following multiple reports and claims of her alleged involvement in corruption and hoarding wealth, Farah Khan denied all the accusations. “Those who have attempted to tarnish my character must remember their sisters,” Farah maintained.
It should be noted that PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz have recently accused Farah Khan of being involved in corruption. Meanwhile, former PTI leader Aleem Khan had also leveled serious allegations against her.

Reacting to the allegations of corruption, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Political communication Dr. Shahbaz Gill had said that when Maryam Nawaz did not find a way to criticize the first lady, the allegations were being made on the basis of a friend, he said. Khan has no official position while Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry had advised Maryam Nawaz to go to court against Farah Khan.
