ISLAMABAD: Families of missing persons in Balochistan have gathered in a camp outside the National Press Club in Islamabad, demanding the recovery of their loved one who is missing for the last almost a decade.
According to details, the family members, including young children, are sitting in the protest camp set up in front of the Islamabad press club for the past three days.
The victim families have alleged that the government’s commission formed to trace enforced disappearances is only wasting everyone’s time. “The government is not serious in recovering the missing who were picked up by unknown individuals,” they added.
Talking to M.M News, Baloch Movement Chairman Nasrullah has said that if the government is not capable of tracing the missing persons then why the ministers make tall claims before the international community that they have created commissions for this purpose.
“We grew up holding pictures of our relatives in our little hands, but we still don’t know if he is alive or not,” he added, requesting the people to attend the protest camp and raise voice for the oppressed people of Baluchistan.
