ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the Election Commission should make an investigation into the foreign funding case of the three major parties public.
In an interview with a private TV channel, the prime minister said that PTI is the only party that raised political funds. PM Imran Khan said that corrupt people are the nation’s culprits. “If corrupt people are identified, then the society can be prevented from becoming abysmal,” he said.
He said that since the opposition in the government has been blackmailing, the entire movement of the PDM is just for NRO. On the resignation of Nadeem Afzal Chan, PM Imran Khan said that he did not ask for resignation from anyone. If you want to go against the decision of the cabinet, resign, he said.

Earlier, PM Imran Khan had said that ministers should show some ownership towards the decisions of the government and if they disagree, they may resign from their posts. The premier was speaking during a meeting of the federal cabinet.
PM Imran lamented that even after two years, no reforms could be introduced in the state institutions and the system of governance could not be improved either. He directed his ministers to prepare a brief yet comprehensive report on matters related to state institutions that can be presented before the public.
