ISLAMABAD: The Parliamentary Committee will meet on Tuesday for the appointment of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) in the Parliament House.
Meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on the appointment of the Chief Election Commissioner will be also held in the Parliament House tomorrow.
The Committee will consider nominations for the appointment of Members of the ECP from Sindh and Balochistan forwarded by the Treasury and the Opposition.

The Treasury and the Opposition have delivered their nominations for appointment of Members of the ECP to the Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser and the Chairman Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjarani.
Both the custodians have forwarded these nominations to the Parliamentary Committee for consideration.
In this regard, earlier today, both Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani and National Assembly (NA) Speaker Asad Qaisar met today to discuss the appointments of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) members.
