ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that the incumbent government will end by January.
The PPP chairman, while talking to the media, said that he was grateful to the people of Gilgit-Baltistan who supported him for the protection of votes. He said that PPP will protect women’s voting rights.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that polling boxes were stolen in GB-21 and PPP workers protested against the rigging in cold weather. He criticised the Election Commissioner and said, “ECP is the election wing of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).”
“This government will be in place till January,” Chairman PPP said. “PTI has not yet decided who will be the Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan,” he maintained.

The Election Commissioner is busy forming a PTI government in Gilgit-Baltistan, he claimed. Earlier, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had vowed to launch a protest against the Gilgit Baltistan elections.
The PPP chairman said they will not hand over Gilgit Baltistan to a “selected and puppet government” and continue their protests. “We will continue our election campaign and protests,” said Bilawal. “As long you will protest against the rigging, I will also protest along with you.”
Bilawal said the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) did not even have a candidate for the GB chief minister and were not even sure they could win the elections. “The people of Gilgit Baltistan will not let the selected and puppets to snatch their rights,” he said.
