According to sources, the sound of an explosion was heard in the Sharafi Goth area of Malir.
As per information circulating on social media, a device resembling an engine was also spotted in Sharafi Goth.

Police sources say an explosion was heard in the area; however, further investigations are ongoing, and details are expected to emerge soon.
Earlier, the Pakistan Army deployed tanks and other armored vehicles across key roads in Lahore as a precautionary measure in response to escalating tensions with India.
The move marks a significant increase in visible military presence in the city, aimed at reassuring the public and signaling the country’s preparedness for any potential developments.
India carried out another attack; the area of Burki in Lahore echoed with an explosion, as reported by national media on Thursday.
India’s continuous unprovoked actions in Pakistan are ongoing, with reports of explosions in the Burki area of Lahore after Walton Road. Sources stated earlier that the sounds of explosions were heard from far and wide in the Burki area, however, no reports of casualties were received.
