To make a shawarma, bread is baked, following a minced chicken, spicy, chutneys, and other spices are added to enhance the delicious treat. He said that while preparing shawarma, cleanliness is taken care of, we sell almost 400 to 500 shawarma on a daily basis, starting at Asr time till midnight.
