ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry has said that the coronavirus could not harm children under the age of 11, but people over the age of 60 should be kept away from them.
While talking about ways of preventing from coronavirus, Fawad Chaudhry said that we were trying to make test kits for the virus, We have intended to make eight-thousand kits, he added.
He said that the Pakistan Engineering Council was working on the preparation of ventilators while also contributing to the development of Corona vaccine, collecting data of Corona patients.
The federal minister said that 1100 people came from abroad in Jhelum, out of which four have been diagnosed with the virus. Fawad Chaudhry added that most of the people had returned home from London.
Earlier, his coronavirus test report turned out to be negative. He wrote in a tweet that “He is pleased to share with the world that his test reports for coronavirus detection came out negative”.
He said, “Time between the taking of samples for testing and then getting the final reports were very tough on him and tested his patience and gratitude greatly”.
