ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has stopped the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) from arresting Prime Minister’s son Suleman Shahbaz at the airport.
According to the details, the judiciary paved the way for Suleman Shahbaz to return home in a calm manner. Islamabad High Court ordered to surrender of the son of the prime minister in court on December 13.
During the hearing of the case in the court, lawyer Amjad Pervaiz argued that Suleman Shahbaz will return home on December 11 by Saudi airline. He also read out the ticket of Sulaiman Shahbaz.
Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Aamir Farooq while giving remarks said that the presence of the accused in person is necessary for the security bond. The lawyer said that Suleman Shahbaz is coming to Islamabad from Saudi Arabia.
The lawyer argued that Sulaiman Shahbaz will come on Sunday. The court ordered the FIA to stop Suleman Shahbaz from arresting him at the airport and directed that the accused should ensure his appearance in court by December 13.
The High Court granted the protective bail of Suleman Shahbaz till December 13. It should be noted that Suleman Shahbaz reached Saudi Arabia for Umrah with his wife and children after the end of his exile in Britain.
