ISLAMABAD: The National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) has said that the rate of positive cases of coronavirus has reached 8.16 percent across the country.
The NCOC meeting chaired by Federal Minister Asad Umar was informed that Karachi is marked at first in the highest rate of positive cases of coronavirus. The rate of positive cases in Karachi reached 20.12 percent.
According to the NCOC, the rate of positive cases in Hyderabad was 18.43 percent. Abbottabad has 14.53 percent, Azad Kashmir 11.09 percent, Balochistan 12.5 percent, Gilgit-Baltistan 4.7 percent, Islamabad 6.6 percent, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 5.6 percent, and Sindh 14.1 percent.
According to the NCOC, the rate of positive cases in Punjab is 4.2. The rate of positive cases in Lahore was 5.69, in Rawalpindi it was 4.95 and in Faisalabad, it was 6.81. The rate of positive cases in Peshawar dropped to 9.17 percent, in Swat to 7.32 percent, in Quetta to 9.91 percent, and in Mirpur to 10.57 percent.

The NCOC says the number of coronary heart disease patients is increasing across the country. 2,469 patients of coronavirus are in critical condition. There are 301 coronavirus patients on ventilators across the country.
According to the NCOC, 80 patients are on ventilators in Lahore, 40 in Multan, 19 in Rawalpindi, and 4 in Faisalabad. In Karachi, 75 patients are on ventilators. In Hyderabad, no patient is on a ventilator.
According to the NCOC, 41 patients in Peshawar and no patients in Abbottabad are currently on a ventilator. In Islamabad, 40 coronaviruspatients are on ventilators. In Muzaffarabad, 2 patients are on ventilators.
