BEIJING: The death toll in a new coronavirus outbreak in China has risen to 565, infecting more than 28,211 people, and creating global concerns over the epidemic.
Most of the traumatic events of the deadly virus occurred in the Hubei province of China. The province with a population of 60 million is totally shut down, all colleges and shopping centers in Tianjing closed until further notice. The decision was made by the officials following the deteriorating situation in the country.

The highly contagious virus has generated anxiety and fear around the world. Chinese President Xi Jinping said the rise of a deadly new virus is speeding up and the country is at a ‘critical phase’. The Chinese President has approached the World Health Organisation for medical assistance following the deteriorating situation.
Chinese officials have also advised people to delay the celebration of their marriage, though funeral rituals have also been performed on a lower scale. In China, over the last 24 hours, more than 3887 cases of coronavirus were reported, while 565 people have died so far by the deadly coronavirus in the country.
