ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman and former prime minister Imran Khan has requested party supporters to carry the national flag of Pakistan at its Karachi rally.
Imran Khan will address the public meeting at Jinnah Ground near Mazar-e-Quaid in Karachi on Saturday, April 16. All arrangements for the rally has been finalised and a traffic plan has been unveiled.
“My request to all those attending our jalsa in Karachi is to carry our Pakistan flag as this is now a fight for Pakistan’s sovereignty & haqeeqi (real) democracy, & against US-instigated regime change, supported by local Mir Jafars,” he tweeted.

The Karachi public meeting will be the second after Imran Khan’s government was toppled through no-confidence motion. Earlier, a public meeting was held in Peshawar where a large crowd was gathered to show support for the former prime minister.
