Brazilian footballer Neymar da Silva Santos Junior has acquired a luxury property in Dubai, according to an announcement by local developer Binghatti on Monday.
The star, who plays for a Saudi football club, purchased a penthouse in the Bugatti Residences, a high-end development in Dubai’s Business Bay district.
Binghatti described the purchase as a “landmark moment for Dubai’s most exclusive address.” Neymar’s penthouse, part of the Sky Mansion collection, is valued at 200 million Emirati dirhams ($54 million). The opulent unit boasts a private pool and a unique elevator system capable of transporting vehicles directly to the residence, as reported by local media.
The Bugatti Residences is a collaboration between Binghatti and the French luxury carmaker Bugatti, combining cutting-edge design with exclusive amenities.

Neymar currently plays in Saudi Arabia’s Pro League for Riyadh-based Al Hilal, following a high-profile transfer from Paris Saint-Germain last year in a deal reportedly worth $300 million.
Dubai has become a hotspot for elite athletes and celebrities. Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo purchased a €25 million ($26.5 million) mansion on Jumeirah Bay Island earlier this year, while tennis legend Roger Federer acquired a $23 million penthouse in 2020. The city’s blend of luxury living, entertainment, and tax-free policies continues to attract the global elite.
