KARACHI: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has appointed MPA Bilal Ahmed Ghaffar as the new president of Karachi chapter as part of organisational restructuring.
The decision was taken by PTI Sindh chapter president and federal minister Ali Zaidi. According to a notification, MNA Saifur Rehman has been appointed new general secretary of PTI Karachi region. Mubeen Jatoi has been appointed as general secretary Sindh.
Khurram Sher Zaman, former president of PTI Karachi, has been appointed parliamentary leader in Sindh Assembly. Ali Zaidi congratulated Mubeen Jatoi, Bilal Ghaffar and Saif-ur-Rehman Khan on the new responsibilities. He hoped that new officials would organise PTI in Sindh.

Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Ali Zaidi was recently appointed as President PTI Sindh after Prime Minister Imran Khan dissolved all PTI organisational bodies.
PTI had appointed Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi as the party’s vice-chairman, and Asad Umar as Secretary-General. Qureshi said that it’s an honour for him to hold the post of the party’s vice-chairman.
