Two dacoits, one of them wearing a P-cap inscribed with the Qaidi 804 title, were beaten black and blue by residents as they were looting people in Karachi, a private TV channel reported on Friday.
As per the report, the public got hold of the two robbers opposite a private hospital located on Stadium Road as they were looting passersby threatening them with a weapon which was later found out to be a toy gun.
After thrashing them hard, the residents called the police and handed them over to the cops.
The police team also recovered the toy gun from their custody which they were using to commit robberies.
Later, the police team shifted the arrested dacoits to Jinnah Hospital for treatment.
It may be mentioned here that the title ‘Qaidi No 804’ got significance after PTI founder chairman and former prime minister Imran Khan was sent to Adiala Jail and tagged as ‘Qaidi No 804’ (prisoner number 804). Now the fans of Khan are using the tile of ‘Qaidi No 804’ on different things including caps and Peshawri Chappal to show their support for the incarcerated leader.
