Singing sensation Billie Eilish recently promoted her new album ‘Happier Than Ever’ to an Israeli audience, amid its occupation attacks on Palestinians.
The Bad Guy singer came under fire on social media after she directly promoted her new album to audiences in Israel. She posted on her TikTok account, “Hi Israel, this is Billie Eilish, and I’m so excited that my new album, Happier Than Ever, is out now.”

Sadly, her statement hurt the sentiments of pro-Palestinian fans and followers. One of the users commented, ‘It’s occupied Palestinian land, not Israel.’
Billie Eilish’s first album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, was a sensation in 2019, it swept the major categories at the Grammys and established the singer as a huge pop star. On her second album, “Happier Than Ever,” the singer takes on new anxieties and adversaries and debates just how much of herself to reveal.

Recently, more than a 1,000 Israeli settlers forced their way into Al-Aqsa Mosque, according to a Palestinian agency. In a statement, the Islamic Endowment Department in Jerusalem said that 1,210 settlers broke into the complex through its Israeli-controlled Al-Mughrabi Gate, southwest of the mosque, and performed their rituals inside.
