Anoushey Ashraf, born on April 14, 1983, in Karachi, Pakistan, is a prominent television host, actress, and former video jockey (VJ). She began her media career in 2002 as one of Pakistan’s first female VJs on Indus Music, later working with MTV Pakistan, ARY Musik, and Style 360.
Beyond hosting, Anoushey has acted in television dramas such as Sehra Main Safar, Chanar Ghati, and Saanp Seerhi. She co-hosted the music competition show Pakistan Idol alongside Mohib Mirza. Anoushey is also known for her work as a brand ambassador for companies like Ponds, L’Oréal, Warid Telecom, and MTV Pakistan.
