The federal government on Sunday filed a new terrorism case against PTI founder Imran Khan and 105 others, including 14 prominent party leaders.
Charges listed in the FIR filed in Taxila include attempted murder, kidnapping, interference in state affairs, and assault on law enforcement officers.
According to the FIR, the named suspects allegedly attacked government vehicles and engaged in violence against police officers.
Meanwhile, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has taken its concerns to the Peshawar High Court (PHC) regarding the disappearance of Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.
KP Advocate General Shah Faisal announced that a writ petition has been prepared, with a request for the court to consider the matter today.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said that CM Ali Amin Gandapur is not in the custody of the federal government or any agency and has been unreachable since the previous night. “We don’t know if Ali Amin has returned to KP.
Footage of him leaving KP House has surfaced,” Naqvi noted, adding that the chief minister appears to have left KP House on his own.
