KARACHI: Another female constable of the Sindh police has blamed the provincial law enforcement authority’s officials for harassing her.
As per details, the female police constable posted at Karachi’s Shah Latif Town Police Anti-Encroachment Cell accuses Accountant Sharjeel and others of harassment.
According to the female police, “I have not received my salary and other allowances for the last one and a half years Accountant Sharjeel and other colleagues harassing me with various excuses”.
She said, “The condition of her house is also deteriorating due to these police officials”. The lady police constable has appealed to Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Sindh Chief Minister and other concerned police authorities to take legal and departmental action against the officials.
On the other hand, after the video of Lady police, Afshan went viral, SSP Encroachment Tariq Dharijo took the notice of the incident. According to Tariq Dharijo, “female police is a contract employee in the police department.

The SSP said that he has sent a summary to the Sindh Chief Minister to extend the contract of the contract employees. After getting the approval of the Sindh Chief Minister, the salaries will be released, he added.
SSP Tariq also ordered an inquiry into other allegations, adding that action would be taken against the police officials if the inquiry found allegations of harassment against them.
Earlier, Sub-Inspector Ghazala had accused the officials of the Sindh police of harassing her. The first female SHO to be appointed in Karachi’s Clifton neighborhood, she had levelled harassment allegations against her seniors without naming anyone, saying that some of the police officials in the department had been harassing her.
