Amazon Prime Video is set to premiere a new documentary, ‘I AM: CELINE DION’ which has been directed by Academy Award nominee Irene Taylor.
Globally set to premiere on Prime Video on June 25t, this highly anticipated film promises a glimpse beyond the glitter and into the life of a music legend.
I AM: CELINE DION delves into the raw and emotional reality of Celine Dion’s current health struggles. Diagnosed with Stiff-Person Syndrome (SPS), a rare neurological disorder, the film explores Dion’s journey of navigating this life-altering condition.
However, this documentary is more than just hardship. The movie celebrates the music that has been the soundtrack of her life and the millions of lives she’s touched with her powerful vocals. It’s a testament to the human spirit’s ability to overcome adversity and find strength in the face of immense challenges.
Produced by Stacy Lorts, Tom Mackay, Julie Begey Seureau, and Irene Taylor herself, I AM: CELINE DION is presented by Amazon MGM Studios and Vermilion Films. Sony Music Vision and Sony Music Entertainment Canada also partnered on this project.
