- Rural Areas: Loans up to Rs. 15 lakh will be provided for plots ranging from 1 to 10 marlas.
The scheme is structured to ease the financial burden on recipients by allowing a three-month grace period before any payments are due. Following this period, loan repayments will be spread over seven years, with a maximum monthly installment of Rs. 14,000.
