Coke Studio’s song ‘Pasoori’ featuring Ali Sethi and Shae Gill has become the most googled song of 2022.
Google has revealed its “Year in Search” for 2022, and the chart-topping song by Sethi and Gill from “Coke Studio” has topped the list of most-searched songs on the international search engine.

Pasoori has seen record-breaking numbers on numerous social and streaming platforms, in addition to countless renditions and reel recreations around the world.
In Google’s ‘Hum to Search’ category, ‘Pasoori’ is the most hummed song in the list of 5, for the ongoing year. The Pakistani track is followed by equally blockbuster ‘Butter’ by K-Pop septet BTS in the second position.

Indian singer Aditya A’s popular numbers ‘Chaand Baaliyan’, and ‘Heat Waves’ by English rock band Glass Animals and ‘Enemy’ by pop rock crew Imagine Dragons, rounded off the list.
The 14th installment of Coke Studio has been praised globally for its fresh take on the celebrated show. As Zulfiqar Jabbar Khan (Xulfi) held the reigns this year, there was one song that truly surpassed all expectations. Sethi and Gill’s Pasoori transcended borders and managed to win the hearts of fans world over.
