Narendra Modi’s popularity is seeing biggest dive in India: survey

NEW DELHI: A research has concluded that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popularity in India is declining.

According to a survey conducted in India, according to Indian media, Narendra Modi’s graph has come down as the next Prime Minister of India, and Modi’s popularity has dropped by 40 percent to 24 percent.

According to the survey, 11 percent support Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath as the next Prime Minister, 10 percent supports Rahul Gandhi, and 8 per cent support Arvind Kejriwal.

Last year, Narendra Modi’s popularity was 66 percent, but after the coronavirus epidemic, declining economy, inflation, atrocities on minorities, Modi’s popularity began to decline sharply from 38 percent in January 2021 to 24 percent now. 

According to the survey, 36 percent of people rated Modi’s policy of dealing with the virus epidemic as good while 30 percent described it as bad. In the survey, 29 percent of people termed the decision of the Supreme Court regarding the Ram Temple in Ayodhya as a great achievement. According to the survey, 69 percent said their income had declined, while 17 percent complained of losing their jobs.
