BARBADOS: Pakistan cricket team set foot on Caribbean soil for the next series after the ODI and T20 series against England.
Members of the Pakistan cricket team tested positive for the coronavirus after arriving in the West Indies to play a series against the host team. Pakistani squad members will resume training from tomorrow. The training session will focus on batting, bowling, especially fielding, and physical fitness.
It is to be noted that Pakistan’s tour of the West Indies will start on July 27 this month with a five-match T20 series. The first two matches of the series will be played in Barbados. The third, fourth, and fifth T20 Internationals of the series will be played in Guyana on July 31, August 1, and 3, respectively.
Meanwhile, the players in the national Test squad will arrive in Barbados on July 26, where the Green Shirts will play their first Test match against the host team from August 12 to 16 and the second from August 20 to 24. Remember that both Test matches between Pakistan and West Indies will be played in Jamaica.
