ISLAMABAD: Chairman National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Lieutenant General Muhammad Afzal has said that there are still concerns over the coronavirus.
Addressing a function at the National Locust Control Center in Islamabad, he said that there was a shortage of security equipment during the coronavirus. “Today, Pakistan is developing coronavirus rescue equipment, Afzal said.
Muhammad Afzal said that it was a great pleasure to successfully overcome the challenge of the locust heart. NDMA played a key role in eradicating locusts, he maintained.
On the other hand, the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) has issued new guidelines for marriage halls to further reduce the spread of coronavirus.

The duration of celebrations at the wedding halls will be only two hours and the halls will remain open till 10 pm. Not more than 300 people will be allowed for indoor events.
The National Command and Operations Center said that large public gatherings are banned around the world because of coronavirus. Large public gatherings cause the spread of the coronavirus.
