ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Citizen Portal (PCP) continues to gain popularity among people as the figure of registered citizens has reached 2.8 million.
As per the data released by the Prime Minister office, millions of people confirmed getting relief through the system. Moreover, more than 1.5 million people commented on the portal to get their issues addressed.
As per data, out of 2.3 million complaints registered on the portal, 2.2 million were addressed and resolved by concerned authorities.
As per province-wise break, 976482 complaints have been resolved so far out of 1038351. The complaints addressed include 976,482 of Punjab, 266,276 of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 149,898 of Sindh and 20,031 of Balochistan, and 781,094 of the federation.
