ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan will chair the federal cabinet meeting today to discuss a 14-point agenda today.
The meeting will be held at the Prime Minister’s office wherein the country’s current situation will be discussed.
According to details, the meeting will discuss 14-point agenda including overall political, economic, and security-related situations amid coronavirus outbreak across the country.
During the meeting, the issues of revoking the licenses of pilots with fake degrees and prohibited arms license issuance by the Interior Ministry have also been included in the agenda.

The meeting will present a visitor policy regulatory framework for Iran, Iraq, and other countries. The decisions of the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) and the Cabinet’s Energy Committees will be ratified.
Approval of the SECP’s auditors for the fiscal year 2020 and appointment of MD of Pakistan Software Export Board are also on the agenda.
During the meeting, the management control of Marghazar Zoo to the Ministry of Climate Change will be also discussed. Moreover, the prime minister has recently formed a high-level investigation committee to probe the fuel shortage crisis in the country.
The newly-formed committee will also analyze the impacts on imports and the supply of petrol after the implementation of reduced prices by the concerned authorities and the imposition of restrictions on movement due to the COVID-19 epidemic.
