Minor girl critically injured in firing by occupation mafia of Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: A minor girl named Rubab was critically injured in the firing of the occupation mafia in the Bani Gala area of the federal capital.

According to the relatives of the victim, the tragic incident took place before Iftar. The girl has been rushed to the polyclinic hospital and is in critical condition.

One of the victim’s relative – Razaqat Khan – has alleged that the two men named, Raja Farooq and Abdul Razzaq Butt, are the accused. He also claimed that both the persons worked for PTI minister Aleem Khan.

He further claimed that the PTI minister and his wife are constructing up a society named Park View in the area. The victim’s relative informed that the road in front of their houses is blocked due to the construction.

In this regard, the victim’s family urged the accused persons to reopen the road, however, the accused persons and their people started firing indiscriminately. As a result of the firing, the innocent little girl got severely injured.

He also claimed that the real reason behind this firing is that both the accused persons are threatening the poor people and occupying the lands for the Park View Society.

CDA officers are also allegedly involved in the construction of the Park view society while the Supreme Court has given clear orders to the CDA not to issue NOC for constructing the society.

The parents of the injured girl have appeal to Prime Minister Imran Khan and other concerned authorities to take action against the accused persons.
