LAHORE: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has summoned former law minister Rana Sanaullah today.
Rana Sanaullah along with Mian Javed Latif received the NAB notices in this regard last week. Both Pakistan Muslim League-N leaders are not cooperating with the bureau under the NAB Amendment Ordinance Act, the bureau had claimed.
In this regard, Rana Sanullah has been directed by the NAB to bring along details of his family properties. Sanaullah’s assets were more than his sources of income, the bureau claimed.
According to the NAB, the bureau is facing difficulties to continue the proceedings as the PML-N leader is not providing the required details.
The PML-N leader was arrested on 1st July by the ANF when he was traveling from Faisalabad to Lahore. According to an ANF spokesperson, a large number of drugs were recovered from the PML-N leader’s car.
