MIRPUR: Prime Minister Imran Khan has predicted that the Indian occupied Kashmir (IoK) would be soon freed.
While addressing a public gathering in Mirpur on the Kashmir Solidarity Day, the prime minister said that Kashmir’s liberation would rise soon.
The prime minister said that he had raised the Kashmir issue at every forum effectively and represented it as an ambassador of Kashmir.
While criticising the Indian government’s cruel action in IoK, the prime minister said, “Narendra Modi had won the election with a big mandate and took the step of revocation of Kashmir’s special status just to show his power.”
He campaigned against Pakistan and killed our 350 trees in Balakot,” the prime minister added.
Imran Khan said that the plan by the Hindu nationalist Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) party said to be a parent organisation of the Indian government to bring Kashmiris to heel has failed.
The entire world now demands an end to this oppression, he added.
Imran Khan was accompanied by Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Ali Amin Gandapur and Chairman of Special Committee on Kashmir Syed Fakhar Imam. He will also inaugurate the largest orphan house court of South Asia in AJK and will meet with orphan children.
