ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant of PM on Information Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that premier Imran Khan’s visit to Malaysia would strengthen economic ties between the two countries.
Firdous Ashiq Awan in a series of tweet posted that this would be the second visit of premier to Malaysia after assuming the office as his designation.
Awan further said that the Imran Khan would notify his Malaysian counterpart of the gross human rights violations in Indian occupied Kashmir (Iok).
The statement of Awan came after Imran Khan left for Malaysia today on a two-day official visit to meet his Malaysian counterpart Mahathir Mohamad where both would have a one-on-one meeting, followed by delegation-level talks.
The prime minister will also address an event. He will share his vision about Pakistan and underline the country’s positive aiding to regional and international peace.
