CHUNIAN: Police have registered a case after an alleged sexual assault involving a young waitress at a restaurant in Chunian, Punjab.
The incident reportedly took place at Rehman Foods, which falls within the jurisdiction of Allahabad Police Station. The case was registered on the complaint of the girl’s father under Sections 377-B and 509 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
According to the Station House Officer of Allahabad Police Station, the suspects fled the scene after the incident. Police have launched raids to arrest them and said further investigation into the case is underway.
