Albaik, Saudi fast-food giant, has announced plans to launch operations in Pakistan, with outlets expected to open in major cities.
Albaik, renowned for its fried chicken, enjoys significant popularity among Pakistani travelers to Saudi Arabia. The company signed a memorandum of understanding last year to enter the Pakistani market, leveraging its existing brand recognition.
During his visit, the commerce minister toured Albaik’s operations and engaged with Pakistani employees working at the fast-food chain. He also met with Albaik’s owner, Rami Abu Ghazaleh, who confirmed that the company’s expansion into Pakistan is in its final stages.

“Albaik’s entry into Pakistan will generate employment opportunities,” Khan said in an official statement, highlighting Pakistan’s favorable business environment and inviting Saudi investors to explore further opportunities.
Trade relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have strengthened, with bilateral trade increasing by 22% to $700 million.
