Bollywood comedian and actor Sunil Pal, known for his role in The Great Indian Laughter Challenge and other comedy shows, has safely returned home after being reported missing.
According to a report by Times of India on Wednesday, his wife, Sarita Pal, confirmed that Sunil was kidnapped and has shared details of the incident with the police.

Sunil was reported missing on December 3 after failing to return home from a performance outside Mumbai. Sarita filed a missing person report at Santacruz Police Station when his phone remained switched off and all attempts to contact him failed.

Speaking to Indian media, Sarita said, “Sunil Ji is back home. He gave his statement about the kidnappers to the police after coming back. The police are helping and supporting us. Everything is fine with him now.”
Earlier, Indian media reported that Sarita had lodged the missing person report after several failed attempts to reach her husband. She explained that Sunil had traveled outside Mumbai for a performance and was expected to return on the night of December 3. When he did not return and his phone stayed off, she grew increasingly worried and sought police assistance.
