Xiaomi on Friday introduced the Xiaomi 14T in Pakistan and the phone is now available for pre-order for customers in the country. The phone has generated significant excitement, primarily attributed to its impressive camera capabilities.

Notably, this launch comes just days after the unveiling of the iPhone 16 series.

As per a report on the Hum News website, the Xiaomi 14T is currently listed on the official Xiaomi Store Pakistan website for Rs176,000, a price that many may consider hefty for a Mi smartphone.

“Pre-booking for the phone commenced today, allowing Pakistani customers to secure their purchase online by paying a deposit of Rs10,000. However, those opting for delivery will need to pay an additional Rs76,000 upfront, “ the report added.

The report stated that deliveries to Xiaomi fans in Pakistan are expected to begin next week, according to the MI website (mistore.pk). The phone is available for pre-order in green, black, blue, and grey; however, the company has not specified what it is calling these colors in Pakistan.

It is anticipated that the Xiaomi 14T will also be available at official Mi stores and mobile markets in Rawalpindi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, and Karachi from October 1.

With the launch of the Xiaomi 14T series, the company has enhanced its flagship smartphone lineup with cutting-edge imaging capabilities. The device promises to elevate smartphone photography, particularly in low-light conditions, thanks to advanced AI technology.

The 14T features a great photography and video system co-engineered with Leica, incorporating an advanced triple camera setup with three lenses and four focal lengths. The 50MP wide-angle camera uses Sony’s large IMX906 image sensor and offers a 23mm equivalent focal length, ensuring exceptional night-time photography.

This flagship-grade camera system captures stunning detail in low-light environments, producing vibrant photos with impressive clarity. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra, a next-generation AI processor built on 4nm technology.

The 6.67-inch AMOLED display boasts a vibrant 1.5K resolution (2712 x 1220) with a pixel density of 446 ppi, 12-bit color depth, and DCI-P3 coverage, achieving peak brightness of 4,000 nits.

Equipped with a robust 5,000mAh (typ) battery, the Xiaomi 14T supports fast 67W HyperCharge technology, allowing for a full charge in just 45 minutes.

Additionally, the Xiaomi 14T Pro version features the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset with an all-big-core CPU architecture, delivering lightning-fast clock speeds of up to 3.4GHz and a reported 37% boost in multi-core performance.

While the features of the Xiaomi 14T appear promising, its performance in the Pakistani smartphone market will be revealed in the coming days, especially given its considerable price tag, the report concluded.
