Hamas has shared a video of Ori Danino, one of six hostages found dead in a tunnel in Rafah on Saturday, August 31. In the video, Danino describes dire living conditions: “There is no food, no water, no electricity,” and he mentions the constant gunfire and bombings.
Danino criticizes Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the war cabinet, accusing them of failing to protect hostages since the October 7 attacks. He questions their absence during his ordeal and implores them to intensify efforts to secure the hostages’ release. “Where were you when they shot me?” he asks, expressing frustration over the government’s perceived inadequacy.
