Hit Man (2023)

The narrative centers on a former bodyguard who wants to exact revenge on her closest friend for dying. Even if the plot of “Ballerina” might sound familiar, it is so masterfully done that you will be engrossed from beginning to end.
Dune (2021)
The visually stunning “Dune” brings Frank Herbert’s groundbreaking science fiction book back to life. This adaptation is a must-watch because of its incredible visuals and special effects as well as its all-star ensemble. The plot centers on Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet), whose father, Duke Leto Atreides (Oscar Isaac), seizes control of the desert planet Arrakis, upending Paul’s life. “The Old Guard” is a tremendously successful comic book adaptation and one of Netflix’s best original films; it might have some lessons for Marvel and DC. It’s an exciting adventure, helmed by Gina Prince-Bythewood (“The Woman King”) and starring Charlize Theron.

Dark Waters (2019)
Todd Haynes, who is known for his more stylistically sophisticated work, directs this real story starring point Ruffalo, who hits the point with this classic tale of anger. The film explores an inquiry of the DuPont corporation’s chemical tainting of a small town’s drinking water, which was based on a New York Times article. Ruffalo gives a fantastic performance, helped along by Tim Robbins, Anne Hathaway, and the outstanding Bill Camp.
Leave the World Behind (2023)
Over Christmas 2023 and beyond, “Leave the World Behind” was the Netflix film that everyone was talking about. This post-apocalyptic thriller, which is based on the best-selling book, follows Amanda (Julia Roberts) and Clay (Ethan Hawke) as they take their kids to a vacation house.
At midnight, GH (Mahershala Ali) and his daughter Ruth (Myha’la) show up and declare themselves the proprietors, upsetting their tranquil holiday. The two families attempt to put their disagreements aside while the apocalypse takes place in this suspenseful, inventive, and captivating movie. Even though you won’t understand everything, you’ll be kept quite entertained.
Moneyball (2011)
Based on Michael Lewis’s 2003 book, “Moneyball” is one of the greatest baseball movies ever produced. It tells the story of how the Oakland Athletics used analytics to change baseball in the 2002 season. The Good Nurse (2022)
You may be surprised to learn about Charlie Cullen’s genuine story if watched “The Good Nurse” on Netflix. The narrative, which stars Jessica Chastain and Eddie Redmayne, follows nurse Amy Loughren as she attempts to determine why many of her patients have died suddenly. It turns out that over the course of sixteen years, scores of patients had been murdered by a serial killer.
