Pashtun Buneri’s blasphemous post on social media platform FB has sparked protests across Pakistan.
A highly distressing and inflammatory comment has gone viral on a FB account named ‘Pashtun Buneri’. The comment, written in Pashto language, contains blasphemous content.
After the comment was shared, social media users and religious scholars who speak and write in Pashto have strongly condemned it, demanding immediate action from the government and relevant authorities to apprehend the culprit behind this cursed ID and bring them to justice.
In this regard, Maulana Mufti Fazl Ghaffar, a former MPA (Member of Provincial Assembly) from Buner, who is associated with religious scholars and the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, has demanded immediate action from the government and urged them to bring this person to justice.
Mufti Fazl Ghaffar has stated that he has directly requested senior officials of the Cyber Crime Wing of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and has initiated the process of tracing this culprit.
Renowned YouTuber and vlogger Aamir Ahmad Usmani has also provided details on this matter in his vlog. He urges the relevant authorities to arrest this person.
He says that the language used by this cursed person against the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) cannot even be described. He appeals to social media users to refrain from further spreading this viral comment.
Prominent religious scholar and social figure Maulana Dr. Qasim Mahmood has also strongly condemned the act.
